The project includes the construction of a kindergarten cluster integrated with a family health center and a café on the ground floor. The architectural scheme of the four-storey building grew around the wish to celebrate the two beautiful pine trees on the site, and to turn them into a major part of the building’s experience. The kindergarten classrooms and their courtyards are arranged across the lower floors, with the family health center located above them. Each kindergarten classroom is accompanied by its own activity courtyard and a unique view toward the pine trees. The project replaces the single- storey kindergarten building with the construction of six new kindergarten classrooms. A new local café connects the building’s ground floor to the public space, acting as a vital part of the neighborhood.
