The design of the entrance to EXPO Tel Aviv establishes an urban intervention that strengthens the connection between the exhibition grounds and the surrounding urban fabric of Tel Aviv. At the heart of the project, a new entrance plaza is planned at the historic Rokach Street gate, functioning as an active and welcoming public space and integrating commercial uses such as offices, restaurants, and cafés.
The new city square is framed by two buildings that define its edges, with a central entrance pavilion that includes a generous covered hall alongside essential operational functions such as information, ticketing, and restrooms. The architectural envelope is characterized by openness and transparency, creating a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, positioning the complex as a clear urban landmark and an accessible, active gateway to EXPO events.
