Ganit Mayslits Kassif founded Mayslits Kassif Architects together with Udi Kassif on 1994. She gained her Diploma in Architecture (with honors) from the University of Westminster in London on 1990 and following that led a Diploma Unit at the Bartlett School of Architecture for four years. As a Director of Mayslits Kassif she combines research with practice and fuses various disciplinary categories and scales including public buildings, landscape architecture, urban design, and strategic planning, all reflecting the firm’s belief that architecture is a leading agent of cultural and environmental transformation. Viewing the built environment as a field for research and innovation Ganit develops within her practice new tools and methodologies such as the MotherPlan and SuperNature City in order to actively cope with environmental and social challenges and grow inspiring, just and sustainable places. Along with the practice she instigated the public campaign for architecture policy in Israel and leads speculative research by design in the academic studios she conducts in order to creatively rethink common categories such as Human and More than Human, public and private, natural and artificial in order to develop new post anthropocentric perspectives of operation.

Ehud (Udi) Kassif holds a master’s degree in philosophy from Tel Aviv University, graduate of the AA in London, following his studies at Bezalel in Jerusalem and his art studies in Vienna. Founded “Mayslits Kasiff Architects” office, together with his partner Ganit Mayslits Kasiff on 1994 in Tel Aviv, today Mayslits Kasiff Roytman Architects. Since its establishment Udi led a series of victories in significant architectural competitions in a wide range of design practices, including public buildings, urban planning, landscape and residential planning. In the firm’s work, Udi develops new multidisciplinary methods for urban renewal plans and development of the most significant coastal strips in Israel, along with large-scale planning of buildings in strategic locations. Along with professional practice, Udi combines activities in academia under the guidance of students at many institutions, the Technion in Haifa, Milan, scholarships and other places in the world. His book “Book of Specificity” which deals with the philosophy of architecture was published on 2021 after years of research on architecture as a way of thinking that parallels philosophy.

Maor Roytman studied in the Technion -Israel Institute of Technology, and as part of his studies participated in a student exchange program in which he studied for two semesters in the University of Sydney, Australia. He received his Architectural and Urban planning degree with distinction (Summa Cum Laude) in 2003. Maor has served as a studio instructor between the years 2007-2013 and as a guest lecturer to this day. Maor Roytman joined Mayslits Kassif architects in 2003 as a Design Architect, and became an Associate architect in 2008. In 2020 became a named partner in MKR- Mayslits Kassif Roytman Architects. Maor is designing and leading numerous projects ranging from commercial and public buildings to urban renewal and public space. Maor in his work gained an extensive experience in the field of beach fronts and promenades. His experience includes the development and planning of significant coasts and promenades in Israel and in the world, such as Tel Aviv promenade, Tel Aviv port, Eilat Masterplan, Shenshan waterfront and many more. His work is characterized by a particular experimental approach and by independent multidisciplinary research.
